Technical Standard for Sampling Inspection Cosmetic Supervision is a guidance book issued by the previous CFDA (now NMPA) on October 21, 2015 for public consultation. The Standard is drafted based upon “Regulations Concerning the Hygiene Supervision over Cosmetics 1989” and its implementation guidelines and aimed at standardizing the sampling inspection work in cosmetic supervision, strengthening cosmetic supervision and management, ensuring cosmetic safety and consumer health.
