Summary

In compliance with the Regulations concerning the Hygiene Supervision over Cosmetics, this Measure, consisting of 18 articles, is applicable to all cosmetic advertisements published through various media or other forms in China. The State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC) is in charge of advertising cosmetic products and the local departments are also responsible for supervision over cosmetic ads.
