The Regulation on Safety Standards, etc. for Cosmetics (also known as "South Korea Cosmetic Safety Standard"), is to ensure the management of manufacture (import) and safety management by defining standards of negative ingredients, restrictive ingredients used in cosmetics and by determining the matters related to cosmetic safety management standards in market.
