Chemlinked now further its cooperation with Personal Care Prodcucts Council (PCPC), the leading national trade association representing the global cosmetic and personal care products industry in USA, and prepare an exclusive webinar for their members. The aim of this webinar is to familiarize them with the pilot implementation of filing management for import non-special cosmetics.
In China, prior to manufacture or import, all cosmetics (excluding domestic non-special use cosmetics) must undergo a registration process and require submission of complicated registration dossiers in order to obtain a license from CFDA. However, CFDA has announced a pilot implementation rule on a new filing management procedure which could simplify the registration process and save time for overseas brands. Several new rules on ingredients, labels, registration process, and production are also under revision. This webinar will give you an overview of recent changes and outline some recent trends.
