UK to Revise Cosmetic Ingredient Lists: 52 Prohibited and 1 Restricted Ingredients Added

On April 10, 2024, UK notified WTO of a draft regulation, proposing to include 52 prohibited ingredients and 1 restricted ingredient into the UK Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. The draft is currently open for comments until June 10, 2024, and expected to be adopted on June 25, 2024.
