Regulation on the Substantiation of Cosmetic Labelling and Advertisements

The regulation stipulates the requirements for substantiation of labelling and advertising of cosmetics to guide cosmetic manufacturers and operators to using correct claims and adverting wordings. The Annex introduces the required dossiers for advertisement or labels marking antibacterial.
