Summary

On January 11, 2021, Thailand Ministry of Public Health officially published two notices in the Government Gazette allowing the use of low-THC hemp ingredients in cosmetics. This notice specifies the usage restrictions of the first batch of 6 permitted hemp ingredients. It has taken effect on January 12.
