On May 29th 2019, China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) released the announcement detailing the renewal procedures for imported/domestic special-use cosmetics administrative license. The announcement will be implemented on June 30th, 2019. Compared with the previous draft of Provisions for Renewal of Special-use Cosmetics License released on Nov. 30, 2018, the renewal procedures for special-use cosmetics administrative license is further simplified and the review process will be sped up significantly.
