In the interest of effective and efficient public service delivery of CCRR, FDA Circular 2013-002dated 04 February 2013 is hereby amended to revise the checklist of requirements in Licensing of Cosmetic Establishments.

All other provisions of FDA Circular No. 2013-002 are still in effect.
