EPR: State Updates and PRO Requirements

Extended Producer Responsibility packaging laws have been enacted in four states. The Circular Action Alliance has been selected as the Producer Responsibility Organization to oversee and administer the program in CA and CO, and as an advisor for MD.  If you sell products in plastic packaging in any of these states, tune in to this session with CAA to learn about your obligations and responsibilities under these new laws, starting as early as 2024.
