Gemma has extensive experience in China imported disinfectant product registrations and has helped many oversea top 500 enterprises to obtain disinfectant registration approvals from China authorities so far.

Christine has broad experience in trade policy, MFDS(South Korea), Europe, U.S. FDA and global regulations regarding Food, Cosmetic, Medical device and drug. She constantly shares her insights on hygiene-related regulation updates, and has helped many domestic and overseas stakeholders in food, cosmetic, medical device and drug industry comply with standards. Her expertise is mainly in food, cosmetics, medical device and drug regulation and trade policy.

Dr. Shannon Gainey is Technical and Regulatory Director for REACH24H USA. She has nearly 18 years of experience working for multi-national organizations, where she has supported the global compliance of products in various countries and markets. As Technical and Regulatory Director, Dr. Gainey provides North American regulatory support to clients. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience with Global Chemical Control Laws including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), the regulation of cosmetics and food/food contact materials under the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard. Dr. Gainey’s global regulatory expertise and strong business acumen afford her a strategic vision to navigate the regulatory and compliance challenges that too often accompany new technologies and growth into new markets.

Born in Korea, founder JK Song worked in the Netherlands and started his stint in digital marketing in 2005. He worked for LG Display and Dell among others in marketing and account management. As an expert in cosmetic products, she provides regulatory intelligence, regulatory strategy, and the list of regulatory requirements for the registration of cosmetics in different countries. Her knowledge and expertise in cosmetics has helped many companies access new markets and launch their cosmetic products without issues and in record time, especially in the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil.

Inna Fu is an EU certified cosmetic safety assessor and accumulated a lot of experience on the safety assessment both for cosmetic products and ingredients from her daily work, she is also sophisticated in providing professional consulting services on cosmetic regulations, especially for China and EU.

Ali has over a decade of management experience in areas of business development, corporate strategy, global supply chain and operations management. He has held senior management roles in Expeditors International, SATS, Reebonz and Zalora. Currently, he serves as the COO, developing Janio's networks and capabilities.
