Mr. Yifan He graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia as a biomedical engineering major, focusing on the research of compatibility and safety of medical devices with human body and other aspects. He now works in the field of cosmetics regulatory science and cosmetics efficacy evaluation. He is currently the Associate Dean of the Cosmetic Regulatory Research Institute of National Medical Products Administration in Beijing Technology and Business University, and the director of China Inspection and Testing Society.
