It includes the management system of safety information, report of safety information, document complementing, review and evaluation of the safety information, follow-up measures, transmission of information, protection of reporter, rewards, etc.

Amendments:
MFDS disclosed the updated Regulation on the Management of Safety Information for Cosmetics on June 23, 2020. As the solid soap designated as cosmetics in 2019, the responsible cosmetics sellers shall comply with the requirements of submitting the safety dossiers of solid soap. To ease the burden of the small and micro businesses, solid soap enterprises manufacturing and selling soap directly with less than two coworkers are to be exempted from the regular submission of the relevant safety dossiers.
