On September 1, 2020, MFDS implemented the Regulation on Operating Custom Cosmetics Compounding Manager Qualification Test. The latest version stipulated the business scope of the commissioning service provided by the test operating institutions, the procedure of establishing and publishing the testing plan, and the requirements of issuing the certificate, etc.
