Summary

On 29 June 2020, Indonesia implemented Ministry of Trade (MOT) Regulation No. 59/2020 to ban the imports of complementary goods, test-market goods and after-sales service goods for certain sectors. It amended the previous Ministry of Trade Regulation No. 118/M-DAG/PER/12/2015 that allowed all sectors to import these goods.
