Summary

On April 14, 2017, Vietnam issued the Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP of the Government on Goods Labeling. The Decree defines the conditions and requirements for the labelling of each commodity according to its characteristics, and provides instructions stating the date of manufacture and expiry date of each commodity. Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP also requires to label the origin of the goods and the necessary technical specifications and warnings.
