This standard is proposed by China Light Industry Federation and its management is undertaken by SAC/TC 257. The drafting of this standard is carried out in a concerted effort by Shanghai Household Chemical Industry Research Institute, Guangzhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, Shanghai Flavor Research Institute.
