California State: PFAS-Free Cosmetics Act

Commencing January 1, 2025, this bill would prohibit any individual or entity from producing, selling, distributing, storing, or marketing in commerce any cosmetic product containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
