On December 17, 2024, Brazil issued the Resolution No. 951/2024, introducing the new notification system for personal hygiene products, cosmetics, perfumes, and disposables, along with corresponding transitional policies. The Resolution was originally scheduled to take effect on March 3, 2025. However, on February 28, 2025, Brazil issued Resolution No. 965/2025, revising the enforcement date to April 7, 2025.
