On March 16, 2022, the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) issued the Resolution RDC No. 628/2022, establishing the List of Permitted Colorants in Personal Hygiene Products, Cosmetics, and Perfumes. The regulation has been in effect since April 1, 2022.
