Cosmetic products in Brunei Darussalam are regulated by the Medicines (Cosmetic Products) Regulations, 2007 (the Regulations), which is in line with the ACD.

This rule stipulates the requirements for supply of cosmetic products, safety, ingredient listing and advertisement. These regulations shall not apply to a cosmetic product that is imported into Brunei Darussalam solely for re-export or manufactured in Brunei Darussalam solely for export.
