On March 30, 2022, the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) issued the Resolution RDC No. 639/2022, setting technical requirements relating to the formulation, safety, and labelling of personal hygiene products, cosmetics, and perfumes for children. The regulation has been in effect since May 2, 2022.
