Summary

In accordance with the Regulations, it is prohibited for any individual, unless authorized under the Regulations, to possess a substance listed in Schedule I, II, or III. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited for any individual to request or acquire:

  • a substance listed in Schedule I, II, III, or IV, or

  • authorization to obtain a substance listed in Schedule I, II, III, or IV.
