Anvisa Resolution RDC No. 814/2023

On September 8, 2023, the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) issued Resolution RDC No. 814/2023, setting forth requirements for the regularization, commercialization, and use of products intended for hair fixation and/or styling. The regulation has been in effect since September 15, 2023.
