Skin Sensitization: Local Lymph Node Assay: BrdU-Flow Cytometry Method (LLNA: BrdU-FCM) (Draft)

On June 24, 2025, China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) released a notice, soliciting public comments on nine cosmetic standards. This method stipulates the basic principles and test requirements of the local lymph node assay (LLNA: BrdU-FCM). This method is suitable for the detection of skin allergic reactions to chemical ingredients intended for cosmetic use.
