On June 27, 2025, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (AMR) and the Beijing Municipal MPA jointly released the Beijing Cosmetics Advertising Guidelines. The Guidelines applies to advertisers, advertising operators, publishers, and spokespersons involved in cosmetics advertising within the administrative jurisdiction of Beijing.
