On September 5, 2025, the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) in China released two draft technical guidelines along with their drafting descriptions, aimed at standardizing the research and evaluation of anti-hair loss cosmetics.
This guideline applies to the research of anti-hair loss cosmetics. The research content for anti-hair loss cosmetics mainly includes quality controllability, safety, product efficacy evaluation, and label claims.
