Technical Guidelines for Research on Efficacy-Related Ingredients in Anti-Hair Loss Cosmetics (Trial) (Draft for Comment)

On September 5, 2025, the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) in China released two draft technical guidelines along with their drafting descriptions, aimed at standardizing the research and evaluation of anti-hair loss cosmetics.

This guideline applies to the research of ingredients related to anti-hair loss efficacy in the formulations of anti-hair loss cosmetics.
