Pursuant to ASEAN Cosmetic Directive, this regulation stipulated that cosmetics are subject to notification as pre-market approval process, and provided the procedure to instruct manufacturers/importers/business entities notify their product.

The regulation is formulated pursuant to the Article 7 of Number 1176/MENKES/PER/VIII/2010 Regulation Concerning Cosmetic Notification.
