This guideline provides a comprehensive framework for listing cosmetic products in Saudi Arabia. The cosmetic product should not be imported or traded in the Kingdom unless it is listed in the Unified Electronic System (GHAD) for Cosmetic Products Notification. The objective of Notification is to regulate the importation, trading, and marketing of cosmetic products in the Kingdom, and to provide a comprehensive database containing all cosmetic products available in the market, in addition to information about their importers, manufacturers, and local producers.
