Decree with Force of Law No. 725

This Decree constitutes the overarching legal framework for public health in Chile, and provides the legal basis for the regulation of cosmetics and other health-related products. It establishes key requirements for sanitary registration, product safety, and regulatory oversight, while empowering the Institute of Public Health (ISP) as the competent authority.
