Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/1099 Amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009

This Regulation amends Annex II and Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. It prohibits the use of Deoxyarbutin in cosmetic products, and restricts the use of Dihydroxyacetone by introducing maximum concentration limits for non-oxidative hair dye products and self-tanning products.
