The guidelines stipulate filling standards for Customs Declaration Form of Import and Export Goods. It includes 49 items, as shown below.

On 21st of June, 2018, China General Administration of Customs amended the filling standards for Customs Declaration Form of Import and Export Goods. The amendments covering items such as pre-entry, customs serial number, domestic consignee and consignor, mode of transportation, levy or exemption, agent entity and etc. will come into effect on August 1, 2018.
