On Nov. 29, China Ministry of Finance together with 10 other departments including the SAMR jointly released the List of Import Goods through Cross-border E-commerce (2018 Edition) right after the announcement to further extend the CBEC transitional policy beyond Jan. 1, 2019.
The positive list encompasses 1321 commodity categories, of which there are 26 kinds of cosmetics. Please refer to the "List of Import Cosmetics Allowed Through CBEC (2018)" for the detailed information.
