This regulation applies to the filing, import record and sales record management of domestic consignees of imported cosmetics, as well as the supervision management of production and operation information records necessary to complete the import and sales records.

Note: After China's large-scale institutional reform, the previous inspection and quarantine authorities have been incorporated into the Customs. Hence, the expressions related to the inspection and quarantine authorities in the Regulations shall all be replaced by "China General Administration of Customs" or "Customs".
