The regulation stipulates the method of test for hair dyes in cosmetics including Basic blue 7, Basic red 51, Disperse black 9, Basic orange 31, Basic yellow 87, HC yellow No. 5, Basic blue 99, 1,3-Bis(2,4-diaminophenoxy)propane, 2,6-Dimethoxy-3,5-pyridinediamine, 2,4-Diaminotoluene, Acid orange 3, HC blue No. 2, HC blue No. 10, HC red No. 1, HC yellow No. 2, HC yellow No. 4, 3,3-Iminodiphenol, Disperse blue 1, HC red No. 3, 6-Hydroxy-2,4,5-triaminopyrimidine sulfate, Sodium2-hydroxy-5-nitro-2,4-diaminoazobenzene-5-sulfonate, HC orange No. 1, Pyrogallol, 2,4-Diaminophenol hydrochloride, 3-Amino-2,4-dichlorophenol.
