To further standardize the requirements for the acceptance and review of administrative licensing for cosmetics, SFDA issued a notice to specify relevant issues in the implementation of the Requirements for Application and Acceptance of Administrative Licensing for Cosmetics.

It concentrates on application of the modification, correction of license, time limits for dossiers retrieval and addition along with specification of application dossiers. 

The regulation consists of 2 parts:

1. Matters concerning the acceptance of cosmetics administrative license application

2. Matters concerning the requirements for application documents
