In the wake of the pandemic, consumers are more concerned about health and safety than ever. In the meanwhile, "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" that came into effect in January this year formed the entire cosmetics supervision system, posing a greater challenge to the cosmetics industry.
