Ms. Hongwei Zhang is Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee on Cosmetic Safety of State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), member of the SFDA Standardization Committee for Cosmetics, and Managing Director of Beijing Environmental Mutagen Society. She has been mainly engaged in toxicological evaluation related to environmental toxicology, risk assessment, health-related products, etc. She has undertaken several national projects as the project leader and participated in handling several national major public health emergencies as the chief expert. She has also been the editor-in-chief of several books and responsible for drafting a number of national standards.
