Background

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulations Act of 2022 (MoCRA) provided the U.S. cosmetics industry with the most comprehensive regulatory update since 1938. FDA has been working on implementation since the law passed on December 29, 2022 in preparation for the first compliance deadlines.  While waiting for implementation updates, some speculation and misinformation has been circulating in the industry about the law and the associated requirements causing confusion for brands and manufacturers.

Upon completing the webinar, attendees will have a much stronger ability to what is known, what is still unknown, and how to stay updated on MoCRA implementation.
