2020年7月21日、「化粧品監督管理条例」及び関連法律法規の規定に基づき、中国国家薬品監督管理局（NMPA）は「化粧品登録管理弁法（意見募集稿）」を公布しました。
本管理弁法では、化粧品の登録管理を規範化し、品質安全を保障するために、新化粧品原料の備案又は登録、新化粧品原料の申請と管理、化粧品の既製品に関する要件を規定しています。
On July 21, 2020, China released Administrative Measures on Cosmetic Registration (Draft for Comments), which is a subsidiary measures of the Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR). The draft Measures regulates the requirements for filing and registration of finished products and new cosmetic ingredients in China. During the webinar, Alex Chen will detail and interpret the requirements stipulated in the draft Measures, such as the procedures of application for cosmetics/new cosmetic ingredients filing and registration, the post-market obligations of new cosmetic ingredients filers and registrants and the requirements for the extension of special cosmetics licenses.
