At the end of 2015, CFDA finally announced that Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015 has been reviewed and passed by Cosmetic Standards Expert Committee. Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics 2015 will be taken into implementation since December 1st, 2016.
