Types, Standards and Test Methods of Cosmetic Color Additives (draft)

The regulation specifies the types of color additives allowed for use in cosmetics, standards and testing methods of color additives.

MFDS unveiled the draft amendment to Types, Standards and Test Methods of Cosmetic Color Additives on June 18, 2020. As per the superordinate law permitted soap as cosmetics, the colors of Pigment Violet 23 and Pigment Green 7 are added as the permitted color additives for soap. It has been implemented on July 20.
