Summary

Enforcement Rule of the Cosmetics Act is pursuant to South Korea overarching regulation Cosmetic Act and specify detailed rules to regulate production and selling of cosmetics. It has been revised constantly in line with the revision of Cosmetic Act.

On March 25, 2021, South Korea disclosed the draft of Enforcement Rule of the Cosmetics Act. It proposed to simplify the application procedure for conducting custom cosmetic business outside of the registered premises.
