Enforcement Rule of the Cosmetics Act is pursuant to South Korea overarching regulation Cosmetic Act and specify detailed rules to regulate production and selling of cosmetics. It has been revised constantly in line with the revision of Cosmetic Act.

It specifies detailed requirements concerning the scope of functional cosmetics, registration of cosmetics manufacturers and responsible sellers, reporting of customized cosmetics businesses, evaluation of functional cosmetics, compliance matters for business operators, labeling and advertising standards, safety management, and post-market surveillance including recall procedures.
