General Principles for Physical and Chemical Testing Methods (Draft)

On June 24, 2025, China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) released a notice, soliciting public comments on nine cosmetic standards. This document stipulates the relevant requirements for physical and chemical testing methods for prohibited, restricted, and approved ingredients (including preservatives, sunscreens, colorants, hair dyes, etc.) in cosmetics.
