On May 15, 2025, the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Vietnam released a Draft Decree on Cosmetics Management. Following a round of public consultation, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) issued a new version of the draft on August 26, 2025, along with a set of supporting documents, including:
