On November 5, 2024, and December 13, 2024, BPOM issued the first and second drafts of the Technical Requirements for Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification for public consultation. Subsequently, on September 15, 2025, BPOM released the third draft. The key proposed amendments include:
1) Changes to required documents and the verification period for document completeness;
2) Revised requirements for GMP certificate renewal.
