Head of the Cosmetics Unit
Tamara joined Health Canada's Consumer and Hazardous Products Safety Directorate (CHPSD) in 2010 and is currently the Head of the Cosmetics Unit (operations) in the Risk Management Strategies Division at CHPSD. Prior to that, Tamara worked in the Compliance and Enforcement Division at CHPSD as an Advisor for consumer products and cosmetics. She has a MSc. in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine at the University of London and B.Sc. in Biopharmaceutical Science and in Biology from the University of Ottawa.
