In China, prior to manufacture or import, all cosmetics (excluding domestic non-special use cosmetics) must undergo a registration process and require submission of complicated registration dossiers in order to obtain a license from CFDA. However, CFDA has announced a pilot implementation rule on a new filing management procedure which could simplify the registration process and save time for overseas brands. Several new rules on ingredients, labels, registration process, and production are also under revision. This webinar will give you an overview of recent changes and outline some recent trends.
